TERMS AND CONDITIONS
SERVICES PROVIDED
We specialise in obtaining hard to get tickets to sold out events. Through our many sources we are able to obtain a wide variety of tickets to almost any event in the UK and around the world. Due to efforts and costs involved, all seats are sold at above face value.
POLICIES
Tickets for all major events are subject to acceptable availability. Due to the nature of the business, delivery of the tickets may be as late as the day of the event. Odd amounts of tickets cannot be guaranteed together, neither can rows or sections but we will do our best.
CANCELLATIONS
All sales are final. There are no refunds or cancellations of orders once confirmed. Upon request we will agree to place your order on a “Try to sell” basis.
WEATHER
Weather conditions may affect travel to and from the event and may cause a postponement or cancellations of the event. Such circumstances are beyond the control of Good Time Entertainments Ltd and accordingly no refund for unused services, or allowance for the loss of enjoyment caused by weather conditions will be made by Good Time Entertainments Ltd.
LIABILITY
The company acts as the customers agent in making contracts with third parties for any road, rail, sea or air carriage, hotel accommodation, restaurant booking and other services not provided by the company. The company shall incur no liability whatsoever and the customer shall indemnify the company against any claim in connection with or arising from such contracts however such liability or claim shall arise.
TRANSPORTATION
Good Time Entertainments Ltd shall not be held responsible for damages, delays, cancellation or unavailability of public or private transportation caused by an act of God, by warm riot civil commotion, by an act of state, by strikes, fire, flood, restricted availability, or by the occurrence of any other event beyond the control our company.
REFUNDS
If your first choice of tickets is not available, Good Time Entertainments Ltd reserve the right to upgrade or downgrade (partial refund) the order to the next available category or to cancel the order with a full refund. All prices are quoted in sterling. All deposits are non-refundable.
CONDITIONS OF SALE
Please check tickets as mistakes cannot be rectified at a later date. No money refunded or tickets exchanged in the event of the show being cancelled, in which case only the face value can be refunded. All tickets are sold at booking fee, however, in some cases tickets are available for sold out events. Subsequently we usually have to pay premiums which will be reflected in the price.
